Small bungalow expanded with 500 sq. ft.
addition to add large kitchen, new dining room, larger master bath & bedroom.
Addition added a dining room & larger living room. All windows were replaced as well as furnace, insulation, hardwoods, electrical & plumbing for an energy efficent home.
Tiny bathroom became spacious while maintaining original period look.
Large deck with arbor off kitchen dining area.
